| Request Details | E&C 2028 WEDDING REQUIREMENTS Couple: Emmanuel & Celina Wedding Style: Moderate, elegant and intimate Estimated Guest Size: 150 guests (provisional) 1. Planner We require partial wedding planning and full coordination on the wedding day. We would appreciate assistance with vendor selection, budgeting, venue arrangements, scheduling and general event organisation. We are still at the planning stage. No major arrangements, including venue, decoration, catering or vendors, have been finalised. We want a planner who can help us manage the preparations within a reasonable budget. 2. Decor Our preferred theme is simple, elegant and classy, with a combination of champagne gold, ivory/cream and touches of sage green. We would like decoration for: - The main stage and couple's sitting area. - The entrance and welcome area. - Guest tables and centrepieces. - The photo area. - The cake table. Must-have features include an attractive backdrop bearing the couple's names (Emmanuel & Celina), tasteful floral arrangements, elegant table settings and a well-designed couple's stage. We prefer a clean design without excessive decorations. 3. Rentals We anticipate approximately 150 guests, subject to final confirmation. Our estimated requirements include: - 160 banquet or event chairs. - 15 to 18 round guest tables. - 2 special chairs for the couple. - 1 main table for the couple. - 1 cake table. - 1 gift and souvenir table. - Tablecloths, chair covers and table runners. - Plates, cutlery, drinking glasses and serving utensils for approximately 150 guests. - Canopies, if required by the venue. We would prefer a rental package that includes transportation, delivery, setup and collection after the event. 4. Cake We prefer a beautiful, elegant three-tier wedding cake with a simple champagne gold and ivory design. Our preferred flavours are: - Vanilla. - Chocolate. - Red velvet. The cake should have a neat, modern finish, with the couple's names or initials incorporated into the design. We would appreciate delivery, positioning and setup at the venue. No special dietary requirements at this stage. 5. Lighting We want warm, romantic and welcoming lighting that gives the reception a beautiful atmosphere. Lighting should cover: - The main stage and couple's seating area. - The dance floor. - The entrance. - The guest seating area. - The cake and photography areas. We prefer warm white and soft golden lighting, with subtle decorative lights. We would also appreciate professional stage lighting and simple dance-floor effects that can enhance the entertainment without making the venue look overly flashy. Overall expectation: We want a well-organised, beautiful and memorable wedding celebration that balances elegance, comfort and affordability. Our priority is quality and good presentation within a moderate budget. |
